Data Darbar Mosque Tile Panel: Lahore, Pakistan

One of four identical ceramic tile panels for the ladies gallery of the Data Darbar Mosque in Lahore, Pakistan. This mosque was built at the burial site of the great Sufi saint Al-Hujwiri.

Hand painted ceramic tiles. Design and quality control during production by Jay Bonner. The floral design is in the yezdi bendi style that incorporates a primary and secondary floral element.

Width = 5.6 meters: Height = 4.4 meters.
The tiles were produced in Istanbul, Turkey.
